Hi, I’m Dr. Charmaine Mora-Ozuna

Licensed Psychologist / Hablo Español

"Taking the first step toward therapy can be incredibly hard, and I want to honor the immense courage it takes for you to be here. Whether you are a high achiever trying to balance competing demands, a first-generation individual charting a new path, or someone navigating the beautiful but overwhelming shifts of parenthood, you do not have to face it alone. Your story, your identity, and your experiences matter, and this is your space to heal, grow, and reclaim your purpose."

My Approach

With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Ozuna’s practice centers on supporting diverse individuals who are navigating complex life transitions, identity shifts, and intense personal demands. She firmly believes that while our lived experiences shape us, therapy offers a powerful opportunity to explore those moments, especially when you are feeling unfulfilled, stuck, or questioning your life's meaning.

As a Licensed Psychologist, her approach is rooted in Liberation Psychology, recognizing how systems of oppression and life experiences can shape mental health while also honoring your personal, cultural, and community strengths. She believes healing happens through an authentic, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, seen, and understood. Drawing from Interpersonal Process Therapy, Cultural/Relational Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she meets you where you are. Together, you'll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, process past experiences, and develop practical tools to help you navigate everyday life with greater confidence, self-compassion, and intention.
