Hi, I’m Dr. Charmaine Mora-Ozuna
Licensed Psychologist
"Taking the first step toward therapy can be incredibly hard, and I want to honor the immense courage it takes for you to be here. Whether you are a high achiever trying to balance competing demands, a first-generation individual charting a new path, or someone navigating the beautiful but overwhelming shifts of parenthood, you do not have to face it alone. Your story, your identity, and your experiences matter, and this is your space to heal, grow, and reclaim your purpose."
My Approach
With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Charmaine’s practice centers on supporting diverse individuals who are navigating complex life transitions, identity shifts, and intense personal demands. She firmly believes that while our lived experiences shape us, therapy offers a powerful opportunity to explore those moments—especially when you are feeling unfulfilled, stuck, or questioning your life's meaning.
As a Licensed Psychologist, her approach is rooted in building deep trust, openness, and an authentic therapeutic relationship. Using a combination of Interpersonal Process, Cultural/Relational therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she meets you exactly where you are. By viewing your world through your unique cultural and personal perspective, she partners with you to identify deep-seated patterns, heal from past wounds, and build effective, everyday coping skills.
